The type of personal information we collect:

We currently collect and process the following information:
 Personal identifiers, contact details, business details, and characteristics (for example, name and contact
details, financial details pertaining to income and expenditure for record keeping and filing)

 Service requirements including type of accounting need, frequency and deadlines you have for filing. Tax, VAT, NI Details, UTR and sign in information to enable us to file on your behalf, always with your prior consent following your instructions.

How we get the personal information and why we have it?
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

 

Digital communication to ensure we are able to provide the best possible service and meet all of your requirements on time.

We may share this information with HMRC for tax purposes and PAYE and NI and Companies house and the Charities commission depending upon your specific needs and requirements which are outlined in the engagement letter prior to any work commencing.  
 

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for holding and processing this information are:
Your consent. You can remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us with a notice as is outlined in the engagement letter.
